The rooms here are spacious and well-kept, with a lovely spa bath for guests and a convenient location close to everything.

It was available on Queens birthday Sunday. Easy booking on-line and was ready when we got there
Had to look for a shoe under the bed and found rubbish from a previous guest instead. Bathroom and shower were not spotless either. Overall very average.

Everything was fine and the rooms were a nice size and well-maintained. Very amiable property staff with very friendly manager. Besides, the location was quiet and the best for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of The Spa Rotorua. Highly recommended for celebrating birthday.

The room was really cold on a night even with the heater on. There was road works outside and not easy to get to.

Rose Court was great. Room was clean and tidy. Cleaned each day with clean towels and tea,coffe,sugar filled. Staff were nice and helpful.
The parking was the only thing we didnt like.

The room was spacious and well-furnished with a new kitchen and vanity, and a comfortable seating area. I appreciated the quietness of the room and the fact that it got a lot of natural light, making it a great place to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out a breeze.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Large spa bath which we didnt use, had to climb into it, rubbish shower anyway. Wouldnt stay again for that reason.
